The 2024 OCP Global Summit was a resounding success—OCP’s biggest and best yet, with 7,047 people in attendance from 1,400 organizations and 46 countries around the globe! The Summit also garnered 146 media and analysts onsite from the world’s leading outlets and research groups.
The Community leadership arranged 23 dynamic content tracks, with an impressive 610+ speakers across 425+ sessions.
OCP couldn’t have had such a fantastic event without its dedicated Expo Hall sponsors. 113 booths filled two San Jose Convention Center halls this year with the latest products and technologies. The busy Innovation Village showcased eight OCP project-related stations and seven emerging technology demonstrations, and the Expo Hall Stage held well-attended, fast-paced talks from start to finish.
In addition to three outstanding networking parties, OCP hosted three co-located events at the Summit: the SONiC Workshop, Memory Fabric Forum, and DMTF Manageability Workshop.
The 2024 OCP Future Technologies Symposium, held on the second day of the OCP Global Summit, brought together people from academia, research, industry, and startups to showcase the future technologies that will impact the OCP Community in the next 3-5 years. This year’s program included more than 100 speakers, including keynote presenters and author presentations in two technological tracks: AI/HPC and Data Center Sustainability. One lucky participant received the Best FTS Paper and a $10,000 prize on the Expo Hall stage.
No small feat: all sessions from the OCP FTS and FTI Breakout sessions were uploaded to the OCP website within 24 hours of the event.
